For years, I’d been trying to improve how I ran things on the farms I manage, but kept getting stuck in the same areas, mainly putting practical systems in place and lifting the standard of communication with my team. The challenges had been there for a long time, and while they’re still present, I needed a clearer way to understand them and make them easier to manage day to day. I came across Enable Ag through word of mouth. I had seen systems implemented with other producers and heard Ram speak on a few ag-focused podcasts, which genuinely gave me the drive to learn more.
From the start, Ram didn’t try to fix everything at once. He built things up over time. Each catch-up added another improvement layer that built on the previous one. He gave me tools and resources such as books, podcasts, and courses, and then I would take them away, think it through, and apply it.

The monthly catch-ups have been a big part of it. They make me show up prepared. I’m consciously thinking about what I need help with, what I’ve learned, and what challenges have come up, so each conversation leads to clear progress.
