At Enable Ag, our journey starts with Ram, the driving force behind our mission to revolutionise farming. Ram’s background in the medical device and IT sectors provided him with valuable expertise, but he felt a deeper calling to give back to the farming community in Tasmania. His personal connection to farming through his parents’ experience in India fueled his desire to make a lasting impact in the lives of farmers.
With a commitment to understanding the core issues farmers face, Ram immersed himself in the farming community. Through hands-on experience, research, and countless conversations with farmers, he gained invaluable insights. Ram’s ultimate goal is to help all farmers across Australia, leveraging his diverse skillset to create innovative solutions for the challenges they face.
Elaura Julian (EJ)
Technical Systems Integrator
A master of systems, productivity enthusiast, and adrenaline junkie at heart, EJ joined Enable Ag with perfect timing—just after her birthday and the arrival of her baby. She says it felt like an extra birthday gift, one that came with a new family and endless learning opportunities. Her time at Enable Ag has made her stronger mentally, professionally, and physically. Embracing new habits and a sense of accountability, she’s found ways to keep her days productive and manage her time well. She values the close-knit team and friendly clients, who feel like friends. Outside of work, EJ stays active with running, biking, and rock climbing—anything that makes her feel alive. Her goal? To keep building expertise in systems and one day stand on a race podium, all while balancing ambition with Enable Ag’s family-like culture.

David Jocson (David)
Marketing & Communications
The wizard behind Enable Ag’s messaging magic, David joined the team in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from both the private and government sectors. Started his career as a marketing specialist in an on-site setting, David quickly adapted to the remote work setup, diving into CRM, automation, and client engagement with Australian leads. Over the past six months, he’s not only sharpened his skills but also grown personally, becoming more vocal, proactive, and confident. Outside work? David channels his competitive energy into volleyball, building connections and improving his health, while embodying the teamwork and self-improvement that align perfectly with Enable Ag’s culture. Looking ahead, he’s eager to expand his digital marketing expertise and take on more leadership responsibilities.

John Calsado (John)
Growth & Partnerships Coordinator
The relationship builder behind Enable Ag’s growth conversations, John joined the team after 17 years in the BPO industry across customer service, sales and people leadership. Today he looks after lead qualification and appointment setting, partnership and joint venture opportunities, and account management for existing clients. One of his favourite wins has been reconnecting with older leads that had gone quiet, some of which have become genuine opportunities and new clients. For John, it’s proof that real relationships and proper follow-up matter more than chasing a sale. Outside of work, he stays active and disciplined through basketball, RC Cars, and Muay Thai, makes time to be present with his kids, and is working through a growing list of audiobooks. Looking ahead, he’s focused on taking greater ownership, making decisions independently and deepening his knowledge of AI, sales and partnerships.

I love speaking with farmers and business owners, understanding what’s happening in their business and helping guide them towards the right next step. It’s not just about qualifying someone for a program. It’s about listening properly and understanding whether we can genuinely help. Meryll Resoor-Onesa (Meryll)
Course Content & Learning Specialist
A former educator turned systems and learning specialist, Meryll found her way to Enable Ag through a LinkedIn message about the Course Content & Learning Specialist role. What began as curiosity quickly became genuine admiration once she saw how the company lives out its values. Ram’s clarity about expectations and culture stood out to her, as did Enable Ag’s focus on time freedom for farmers and team members alike. It was a world away from her 12 years in University, where she wore many hats as Assistant Principal for Formation & Community Extensions. At Enable Ag, she’s found a learning culture and the flexibility to grow professionally while still making room for life outside work. Away from the (virtual) office, Meryll is on a fitness journey with her husband. She hits the gym three to four times a week, runs on the side and plays pickleball with friends and family. She’s also embracing a more sustainable way of living, with an eye on one day building a family she’ll have the time to be truly present for.

Raejie Juance (Raeji)
Learning Portal Coordinator
The creative force behind Enable Ag. A devoted father of three with a daily meditation practice, Raejie brings a calm, grounded presence to the Enable Ag team. Before joining, he spent 12 years in the corporate world, where he built a strong foundation in professionalism, collaboration and working with people and systems. He now brings that experience into the Enable Ag team, where he’s found a positive environment that values meaningful work and genuine work-life balance. Outside of work, Raejie loves spending quality time with his children, catching up with friends on weekends, playing basketball and exploring his creative side through video editing. His commitment to understanding and improving himself keeps him focused and balanced from day to day. Looking ahead, he’s passionate about continuing to grow and using his skills to add real value to Enable Ag and its vision.

We take pride in the success stories that have emerged through Enable Ag. One standout moment is when Ram’s mother received an award for being the best organic farmer among women in a state with 70 million people. While her hard work played a significant role, Enable Ag’s coaching and systems-building approach provided the framework for her achievements without compromising her focus on family.
