“As our farming business grew, our existing systems to manage our operation put more and more pressure on both of us and we couldn’t keep up with the growth. We had information in our heads, notebooks, whiteboards, weighing scales and some dodgy files on the computer. The initial reason we got in touch with Enable Ag was because we wanted tech solutions. After chatting with Ram, we soon started realising that the tech wasn’t the only problem, but how we managed our time and organised ourselves, staff, data and the organisational structure.

Our advice for somebody who is not sure working with Ram – we were as hesitant as anyone, when Ram first came along. He puts the time into finding out what you really want or need and tailors his program to your needs. His team’s response to fixing things is terrific. Confidence builds slowly. As you see the changes occurring, you gain more and more confidence in his program. We personally have realised that it’s possible to do things differently even if we’ve been doing it in a particular way for the past 20 years.
