We joined Farm Owners Academy (FOA) about 18 months ago, and it completely opened our eyes. Farmers do incredible work, but most of us have never been taught the structure or systems that professionalise what we do. Then one day, I listened to Ben Law’s podcast — and that’s what led me to Enable Ag. Ram and Ben were talking about systems and implementation, and it just clicked. I thought, “This is what we’re missing.”

That’s where Ram and the Enable Ag team came in. Their program is helping us take the mindset and structure we developed through FOA and turn it into practical systems that actually work on the ground.

As we’ve started applying what we’ve learned, we’ve been building small but powerful systems — simple checklists for harvest, admin routines, and ways to document recurring problems so we can fix them before next season. Even one of our daughters has caught on — she’s now developing her own systems for her school projects! It’s amazing how quickly everyone begins to think in a more organised, systems-based way once you start.

We’re still early in our journey, but already the shift in thinking has been huge.
