We are lucky that Ram has already developed the system to manage contracting work for Corey and Janelle Spencer, with whom I worked and eventually bought this business from. I (Marty) suppose, as an employee, I never really knew how big the problem was that Ram resolved with his approach. Looking from then, as an employee, to now, as an owner of this business, it would be a nightmare for us to go back to the old ways.
